1. Processing Time:
1.1 Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Orders placed after 5PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders or items requiring personalization may require additional processing time. Details regarding processing times for custom orders will be provided at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods:
2.1 Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
2.2 Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Guaranteed next business day delivery after processing (available for select items and locations).
2.3 Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method selected, and destination address. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
3. Order Tracking:
3.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier’s website.
3.2 Delivery Updates: We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will provide updates and assist in tracking your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
4. Delivery Issues:
4.1 Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure to prevent such issues.
4.2 Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
5. International Shipping:
5.1 Restrictions: We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
